Corporatisation
AMA (NSW) in conjunction with Federal AMA and other state branches have been looking into the issue of Corporatisation and the services we can offer to members. As a result of an AMA and Branches Working Party a Corporatisation of Medical Practice booklet was developed and published as a decision support kit for AMA members.
AMA (NSW), through its Medico-Legal, Workplace Relations and Training team, is able to assist members with queries about Corporatisation, particularly with the review of contracts.
Members wishing to obtain a copy of the kit should email federal AMA on industrial@amansw.com.au. Your details will then be placed on the Information Register ensuring you receive all information updates on corporatisation.
